I bought this zelotes wireless 2.4ghz mouse on ebay model is f-14

Pointer movement is disabled on the screen if I don't use the mouse for 30 seconds. Takes 1/2 second of hand to mouse movement to continue pointer movement on the screen but it doesn't require me to click only move it to keep using the mouse. This is NOT the more common disconection after 5-10 minutes of inactivity where I have to click once to reconnect which happens too and is fine that's not what I'm complaining, this is...
