This happened to me last night while doing an update via a usb created install (ms own tool) and a ms dl of 1809iso ,keeping my folder's and original os drive in tact, i was installing to a newly installed Ocz Revox2 (clean partition), at the end bsd but others didn't get this. So i then unplugged all other drives and had to reinstall it again to the revo ssd alone, all went well and i set up my new os then replugged in drives.
