So I had my pc for about 3 months now and this is getting annoying.So when I shutdown my pc my mouse and keyboard lights turn off but when I click my mouse After I shutdown the pc it lights up.This is kind of weird so when My pc is shutdown and after 20 seconds I click on my mouse and it lights up and turns on the pc Again automatically.If I shutdown my pc and wait like 1 minute and then click on my mouse it lights up but it does not turn on the pc automatically again it just stays light up...

Why when I shutdown my pc and then click my mouse it lights up and sometimes when I click on my mouse after I shutdown it turn on the computer again
