Ok, got three choices. Pretty much going to be us d for file storage and back up. May end up doing some vms, who knows. Primary drive is 500gb ssd. Also have 2 x 4tb spinners. Choices are: My spare system with 3700x and 32gb 3200 CL 16 ram. If I go this route then I'll need to buy a multi drive enclosure as it sits in a mitx case. Middle foot print, middle power. My Sandy Bridge era 8C/16T Xeon Work Station with 32gb 1333 ram. Large foot print, lots of power. Or my i5 2400s with... Which server should I choose? Weiterlesen...
