Mickey: What is 4k 60hz monitors max refresh rate at 2k?.... Ex. LG 27UK650-W 27, TUF VG289Q

I am looking at newer 4k monitors and curios as to how their refresh rate competes with dedicated 144 hz 2k monitors when running at 2k. You would think the 4k display would have a much higher refresh at 2k resolutions. I cannot find any information on this for the life of me anywhere.
