So... This is weird... I've been using Ryzen 2700X for a while now and I switched power plans using a Windows 10 app called PowerSwitcher, basically putting the power plans shortcut on the taskbar. I did this because I wanted the lowest possible watt usage from my PC during low load sessions like doing office work. I switches between power saver and Ryzen Balanced when doing low load stuff and gaming stuff. Using a watt meter back then I get on average 60-66 watts off the wall using power...
