Mickey: Weird boost frequency in CPUZ (All core, scalar)

Hey, I was trying to tweak my PBO settings a little bit and was messing with scalar on my 5600X.
It doesn't seem to do anything really. Scalar at 1X, 5X or 10X doesn't seem to change anything except add a little bit more voltage, like 10-15mV (going from 1X to 10X).

I'm getting more or less the same score with CPUZ benchmark but I keep seeing different boost frequencies (all core). It's 4.65 one time, 4.725 and 4.75 another time.
