Mickey: Video Card/Monitor Shutting Down, Requiring Reboot to Fix. Sound, Including VOIP,...

Issue: PC soft crashing while gaming specific games. The screen goes black, the monitor stops receiving signal, but I can still use PTT on Discord and talk to people and I can hear that some keyboard functions are still working while some are not. I have taken it into a local shop and they stress-tested it and could not replicate the issue.
