Mickey: Switched To Window WHQL Can't enter bios 3 beeps and black screen.

I've tried everything in my power to be able to fix this problem to able to turn off csm but NO and I literally mean NO solution have ever helped me
I've tried DisplayPort_FirmWare Updater, I can't disable fast boot to see if that's the problem because my MSI do not have a option for a fast boot or not.
Everytime I try loading to my bios and even with shift + restart and a option to go into uefi hardware I still CAN NOT see anything it remains a black screen I'm so confused because my disk...
