Mickey: Steam and Samsung 990 PRO and Firecuda 530 download speed

Hi all,

I recently installed two new NVMe SSD: a Samsung 990 PRO and a Seagate Firecuda 530. I have a Gigabyte Z690 Game DDR4 motherboard that should have four PCI-E gen. 4 NVMe bay.
But when dowlnoading games from Steam the download speed keep dropping to 0 and the goes up to 35Mbs. With the third NVMe SSD which is a Samsung 970 PRO the speed is always above 40Mbs and never drop down.
