So I cloned and replaced my hdd with an ssd. Fast forward 3 months. Suddenly the laptop powers up but wont get past the log in screen. No matter what I tried, couldnt get into safe mode, nothing. Possible virus. I restored the laptop and it works just fine now. Windows 10. I need to reinstall some of my files and apps from my old HDD. Should I switch back out the drives and reclone?
