Mickey: Samsung Odyssey G7 43" choppy gameplay at less than 70 fps

So i bought this monitor after i upgraded to a 4090 and this is probably one of the worst monitors/tv i had to deal with honestly but after settings everything up and finding solutions to all the problems, everything is working fine, g sync is on, low latency mode is on ULTRA and Vsync is ON in the NVCP and im using the monitor on 120hz instead of 144hz because the ghosting is unbearable.

Now all games run fine but the moment a game gets around lets say less than 70 everything starts not...
