Apologies for the lengthy post but I've spent two weeks trying to solve this issue and I am running out of things to try out. I'll lay it out in chronological order :

Base specs:

• MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
• Ryzen 2600X
• Corsair Vengeance LPX - 4 x 16GB
• MSI RX580 Armor 8G OC
  • One TV on HDMI, two displays each on Displayport.
