Mickey: Ryzen 3950X can't clock 1600MHz Infinity Fabric with 3200 CL16

Hey guys I've got a Gigabyte Aorus Master x570 board, with an AMD Ryzen 3950x. I'm running G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3200Mhz 4x16Gb (F4-3200C16D-32GTZR).

I am using the latest BIOS from Gigabyte (F11). I have enabled XMP Profile in the BIOS and everything set to auto.

Using HWiNFO, it's showing my Infinity Fabric clock at 1200Mhz and Memory clock at 1067Mhz. From what I understand, this should be at 1600Mhz with XMP enabled.

This particular memory isn't listed on Gigabyte's QVL, but it also...
