Mickey: Ryzen 3200u and idle clocks; how to get the lowest clock (400mhz i think)?

Hi, like the tittle says, my 3200u processor idles at 1.4ghz and doesn't go any lower. My current plan is at balanced mode. Does anyone knows how to achieve this?
My notebook is an Acer Aspire 5, Ryzen 3 3200u, 2x8gb Samsung Sodimm at 2666mhz (but bc of the processor they run at 2400mhz), Vega 3, m.2 128gb WD and Kingston 240gb SSD.
