Mickey: Removing the 12v sensing line on the thor 1200 (oringial)

Hello,

Ive been having alot of transient spikes while gaming, ive read people have been pulling the 12v sensing line from the powersupply side of the unit and it goes away, something to do with a defect in the orginial thor series with 3090s pushing the bounds of overclocking causes it to constantly trip,

If this is true would it be possible to simply cut the line for the 12v sensing line? I have a second cable asus sent me said it would fix the problem and it didnt and when i asked them...
