Mickey: Recording car/cycle footage.... To GoPro or not to GoPro that is my question.....

I was having a look about and seeing that a fairly base/basic GoPro can be somewhat expensive, does anyone else use anything else at all??

I've seen this on Amazon and thought, £100 after a £30 off and a saving already of £20, but I do wonder if its actually worth the cash? If anything I'd rather order something once than have to do it again and again, I hate wasting cash even if it costs you a little more in the first...
