ok so this just started happening last night and it hasn’t stopped, almost all my USB ports shut off as well as my DP and hdmi output to my two monitors. Nothing is on but the pc itself. I have a rgb keyboard and mouse and I can see them flickering but not getting constant power. Did a clean windows 10 reinstall and haven’t really been able to do anything else.
