Hello I have a question, I have a i7 8700K 3.70GHz processor installed on a NZXT N7 370 motherboard. I know this processor only has 16 PCIe lanes. I was wanting to put in a x16 PCIe add in card with 1 or 4 M.2 NVMe cards on this for storage as I have alot of games on steam. However I think if I do this will my x16 slot with my GPU will now go to the speed of a x8 correct?
