Mickey: PC Will Not Boot Into Windows (Checked: Boot Failure Troubleshooting Flowchart)

My PC specs are listed in my profile, and I am unable to boot into Windows. The last time it was working was when I initiated a routine restart from windows. I get no error message just... nothing.

I have checked in the UEFI and all of the hardware is detected. After the boot failing several times I tried the old trick of turning off the PSU, holding the power button, and then restarting, still didn't help.

After using F8 to manually boot into recovery mode I tried having Windows repair...
