If my computer can handle 1 hour of OCCT PSU test while GPU is underclocked by -500mhz core and memory + 30% power limit, does that mean that the PSU is most likely OK? I can not run the card at stock speeds as it recently started artifacting after 7-8 days. (3rd RMA card. no OC on GPU ever) This is going to be my fourth 2080ti and I would like to ensure my system is not causing any issues. Are there any other tests I can run?
