Mickey: No video signal no usb peripherals after messing with bios

Today I installed 2 new fans, everything worked perfectly normal until I restarted to go the uefi to set up the fan curve and adjust the cpu voltage (1.37 on a 3700x).
After I saved and restarted from the uefi the pc stopped giving me any signal. The fans spin at max rpm, the leds light up (apart from keyboard mouse and frontal USB leds).

Stuff I already tried:
Remove the cmos battery
Reseat the ram
Press the power button for 4s while...
