I have a dell laptop that has been not powering on.. The power light blinks but when I press the power button- the laptop does not turn on . There is no beep from the mother board and fan does not spin either .. I had tried to pull out ram and CMOS battery and wait for five minutes, then put them back and tried turning on laptop.
