Mickey: My PC sometimes turn on and sometimes wont turn on randomly.

I recently bought a PC with i5-11400 CPU , MSI Z490 gaming edge wifi motherboard , Corsair CX 650 PSU, DDR4 Gskill Tridenz 3600 RAM. My PC sometimes works, Sometimes it doesn't turn on at all, but power comes to the mobo as I checked it. I tried Jumping the power Pin too, it it didn't work either.
