Mickey: My New Thermaltake Warm 3.0 is buzzing. Is this normal?

Hello Folks....

Like the title says, my new AIO has some type of buzzing sound coming from the pump. Although, it appears to be working properly. I hammered on the cpu/gpu and I could barely get it to budge. Admittely though...the noise is more than kind of annoying. I can hear it from 12'.

I did go into the BIOS and turn down everything in to silent mode and it improved the sound about 25%. Other than this, I'm not sure what to do or if I received a dud....or perhaps this is...
