Mickey: Most Keys on Keyboard Stopped Working and Manufacturer Won't Give Warranty Service

So I have a keyboard where half the keys stopped working one day. The manufacturer doesn't want to do any warranty repairs/replacements so the only option really is for me to do it myself. I unscrewed it, ran a DMM on the cable, the socket connecting the cable to the PCB, and some resistors on the PCB and they all seem to behave like normal. Plus the RGB still works and all. So any ideas on what to do next?
