Mickey: machine check exeption BSOD upon waking up from sleep

Hello. long time lurker, first time poster.

This happened after waking up my desktop from sleep, which had been asleep for a few days, and had about 2 weeks of power on time, has happened before, but the computer hasnt done it in a while, i have a feeling its the CPU's cache going bad for some reason.
I have done a bit of googling so far and it ranges from a bad motherboard or a failing power supply (which isnt too far out of the question), but i havent had any system crashes under load and...
