Trying to return this laptop before the 30 days and I'm at the last 2 days. Trying to wipe all my info off of it. They sent me instructions but I have hit a wall . I get to reset this PC with the choice to keep my files or remove everything. I choose remove everything and the next screen wants a recovery code and this PC doesn't have one After repeated calls to Lenovo I still am no further along.
