I know there has been a ton of things like this around and all of that, but most of the things I read had to do with full charge and letting it run out ... have not seen much on just letting it sit around 60% most the time. My laptop gives me these options .. For now, since I am plugged in quite a bit at the dinner table, I am choosing the max lifespan mode.
