I think Thermaltake gets an undeserved bad rap. Thermaltake USA stands behind their PSU's and their warranty. In November 2008 I purchased a Toughpower 750 RU-128 exactly 4 months later it went south on me. I RMA'd and they sent me a brand new one in a box no questions asked. This replacement worked fine day in and day out in very high ambient temps (Florida) until June 2010 and it too went south. I RMA'd and kept my fingers crossed.
