Mickey: Just upgraded to Ryzen 2700X from Ryzen 1600, slight performance drop?

Upgraded from a Ryzen 1600 to a 2700X and started running game benchmarks. In every game I have run so far my frame rates are lower by a small amount.
My 1600 was OCed to 3.8GHZ at 1.35 volts. So far I have tried my 2700X at stock voltage/GHZ as well as manually OCed to 4GHZ at 1.35 volts.

RAM speed was previously at 2666 MHZ, now I am running at 2933 MHZ as the latest BIOS work with my RAM at these speeds. I chose the XMP profile of 2933 and the timings were selected automatically (like I...
