Mickey: Is there any software to force a 7950x3d to use 3d cores, base cores or all of them...

The tittle.

I was thinking in picking one up, but the main thing I do not want to deal with, is an auto scheduler picking up wrong cores, or if I want some application for example a game to force it to use only 3d cores, I wouldn't want to need to reboot and disable all the others, etc

so, is there any utility or way with this CPU, to let the user tell the system which cores use, how and when manually bypassing the system choice?
