Mickey: Is the i5 11400F worth it with Hyper 212 class coolers ? Should I upgrade?

Hi,
I would like to upgrade from my i5 4590 processor to i5 11400F processor. But looking at our Wizzard's review of it the 65w locked in motherboard i5 11400F looks really underwhelming even when compared to older i5 10400F. After unlocking though the i5 11400F becomes a really different CPU and comes even close to or surpasses AMD 5600!
