Mickey: Intel i5 showing only 2 cpus in RealTemp

    My HP laptop has an i5. Task Manager and Resource Monitor show 4 cores running. I've tried RealTemp, RealTemp GT and i7TurnoGT, and all show only 2 cores. What's happening, and can I fix it?
