Mickey: High frametime on every game on MY pc

    Hi!(last thread.actually.)
    So i just got my last problem fixed,the only problem now it's that the game isn't smooth.I'm having high frametime as i checked with msi afterburner,at least 40 average.
    Games im playing:Fortnite,R6S,every game on my computer
    PC:
    i5-7400
    GTX 1060 mini itx oc 6 gb
    16 gigs of ram
    2 ssd 1 hdd
    600w PSU
    Happens on fresh windows install too.
