I recently built a computer and for some reason I’m experiencing high frames but with choppy/stuttery gameplay. All drivers installed and updated. specs: Gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 Ryzen 5 2600 Corsair vengeance lpx 16gb Gigabyte aorus x470 ultra gaming hyper 212evo (2 fans) 4 case fans.
