Hi everyone I'm new here. I have built my first ever system a week ago, with msi tomahawk and amd ryzen 5600x. but with its stock cooler (Wraith Stealth) it reaches up to 70C in idle. Also, the cpu voltage is way too high, it is 1.45 v but that is changing sometimes I don't know why (maybe it is doa?).. some says that msi mobo can give higher voltage to maintain the stability. but I don't know how to lower the voltage can you please help.
