Right so recently i have bought a completely brand new rx 570 4gb since i was running games from a ryzen 5 2400g apu, but eventually i got bored of 1080p but low settings most of the time. So i decided to buy this graphics card as it was within my budget and all i really needed since i am not that bothered about extremely high settings. So lets get to the problem, almost every game that i play has a good 60+ frame rate and can sometimes jump up and down a little but not enough to tell me...
