Mickey: Games crashing on launch when installed on partition bigger than 1TB

Last year i replaced my drives with 2x4TB drives. This switch went together with moving windows 10 from 1909 to 2004 build. Since then I was unable to run few ac games, most of them being crashing on launch and only unity and origins are stuck on splashscreen. At first i kinda ignored that and blamed 2004 build of windows 10 for that issue. Looking through logs in event viewer i noticed all crashing games give the same error: 0xc0000005 with faulting module name: ntdll.dll. I did all things...
