Mickey: [**edited**] Regular System crash/restart (no blue screen)

Can anyone please make sense of this in the event viewer, and how I can delve deeper into finding a fix?
This comes up when the system crashes randomly following applying relavant suggested timings to the ram, which works ok with ramtest in safe.
Asumming it could be one of several things, though I dont know where to start.
