Mickey: Do the triple 8-pin power 2080 Ti's have higher overclocking potential than FE...

To frame the reason I'm asking... I'm about to build a new gaming-only rig and had intended on using one of EVGA's Kingpin 2080 Ti's since I'd assumed that it might be able to clock higher than a founders style card, given that it's power input circuitry has 3 instead of 2 connectors.
In my main rig I have 2 Titan RTX's which I swapped the shunt resistors on so that they can pull ~ 434 watts before hitting the power limiter when testing max overclocking, but as I understand it the power...
