Mickey: CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD Just shuts off when testing/power outage

So I bought an CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD back in 2017. It had been working really nice with my setup up until a few months ago.
7/20/21 it detected and maintained my computer online during a weird power outage (according to the powerpanel software). Ever since then, any time we have a power "issue" the UPS just completely shuts off. I have to hit the main power button to turn it back online.
