Hello first time pc builder here, as the title says the CPU is not turning on, the fans, GPU, and CPU cooler all turn on. I have checked the parts for damages and can't find anything. The CPU doesn't have any bent pins nor did thermal paste get into the pins. The motherboards red led error light for the CPU is lit up that's how I know it's a CPU issue.
