First post ! Family member is doing a build next week and he wants to buy the 2080 Super when it comes out on the 23rd. We where planning on doing ryzen 3000 series but my local Microcenter completely tanked the prices of the 2000 series so I'm thinking that might be the way to go. 2600x for only $140 or 2700x for only $220. On both I would get $30 off any motherboard (not planning on anything crazy so probably just eyeballing a B450 board). What are peoples thoughts on this ? I've been... CPU for 4k 60hz ?
