I've got my head around cores and threads, base frequencies and boosts clocks.

Now trying to understand the following:

1. L2 Cache
2. L3 Cache
3. PCIe 4
4. TDP Wattage ratings

I'm basically upgrading my gaming build (possibly intel/AMD 3600X) and my video editing/streaming build (possibly the newer Ryzen 3700X/3800X).
