Mickey: BIOS update proposed by propretary "drivers update" application on Aorus X7 DT V7 is...

The BIOS update installed by the application doesn't even match my SKU. My SKU was previously identified as X7Y7 in the BIOS. The updater installed a BIOS update that was supposed to be installed on X7X7 SKU. By some miracle the laptop isn't dead but it's causing me a lot of issues in Windows from the graphics card not being recognized by nvidia drivers and some ports and the webcam flat out not functioning. I tried installing the correct BIOS update by downloading it from Gigabyte's website...
