Mickey: Are there other type of QUIET / SILENT keycaps than MX Silent Red / Black available...

I feel a bit...lost in terms of finding the OPTIMAL keyboard for me; a casual browser, gamer and Windows office/worker. Why? Because apparently, there is NO keyboard that matches my requirements:
- Cherry MX Silent keycaps (or MX Black, the little difference they have, is irrelevant for me)
- PBT or double shot keycaps
- Full-size! This is one of the main reasons why I cannot find a proper keyboard, as most are either TKL or mini... I simply must have a numpad, as i use that a lot throughout...
