Mickey: Advice on casual gamer/uni work laptop - SSD or HDD/Nvidia or AMD Radeon?

Hi!

I'm really hoping for some advice here as I've spent days now looking at laptops and confusing myself..
I'm ideally looking for a lightweight, somewhat portable touchscreen laptop that will allow me to both casually game (Sims 4, Two Point Hospital, etc) and do uni work (have multiple tabs open, use Microsoft Office, etc).

I've narrowed it down to three options, all having different SSD/HDD combinations and different graphics cards. For my requirements which specs do you think sound...
