Mickey: Acer Aspire 5 with Ryzen 3200u too hot while charging...

Hi, i have this notebook, it has 8gb of ram, an integrated vega 3, an ssd and an m.2. The thing is while running on battery it has great temps, stress tests at 75 degrees C, and the clocks are great too, turbo clocks. But when is charging i get 80-82 degrees only by open Chrome and surf the web. If i set the processor to 99 percent in the power plan settings the processor won't get the base speed of 2.6 but 1.7ghz tops (this don't happen with intel processors).
Is there anyway to disable...
