I recently got an ACER DM431k monitor (4k HDR) its a cheap one that I use for office work (multi monitor setup) I got it hooked up to my gaming PC (rtx 2080 ti) WHEN I use HDMI, in nvidia control panel I cannot set the monitor to anything higher than 8 bit color depth (but I can activate HDR capabilities within windows and in the monitor menus) WHEN I use a Display Port Cable, I can set the Color depth to 10 bit instead of 8 bit, but no HDR capabilities.
